But it's also about learning how to pay attention, understand your body, work with your mind, breathe a little better, and maybe become a slightly more functional human being in the process.

I'm Jennifer Smith, a yoga teacher and teacher trainer with more than 20 years of experience teaching, practicing and studying yoga.

My classes and trainings are fun and function driven, blending traditional yoga postures and teachings with modern mobility and movement.

I teach yoga in Orange County and offer in-person yoga teacher training in Southern California for students who want to deepen their practice, become teachers, or simply understand this whole yoga thing on a much deeper level.

We'll study the traditional roots of yoga while exploring anatomy, mobility, alignment, hands-on assists, sequencing, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, Ayurveda and the practical skills you need to actually teach.
